With over 10 years of clinical practice and two decades of experience in mental health, I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young adults dealing with anxiety and depression. My goal is to guide you on a path to self-acceptance and purpose, enabling you to lead a fulfilling life and rediscover joy.
