Hi, I’m Ressa,
I specialize in guiding teens struggling with anxiety & depression towards a journey of self-acceptance and purpose, helping them lead fulfilling lives and find joy again. Over the last 10 years in clinical practice, and in more than 20 years of journeying alongside kids and teens, I’ve grown to deeply understand both the joys and the challenges this age group and their families face.
Many of the teens struggling with anxiety & depression who I work with face difficult problems at home and at school. Issues like getting into arguments, dealing with social anxiety, loneliness, a general lack of motivation, or feeling misunderstood. Internally, this often leaves them grappling with self-doubt, overwhelming guilt or racing thoughts, and frustration — emotions that, if left unaddressed, could have long-term consequences on their development and adult life.
